When The Google stack is done right your stacking the deck for 1 single service in one industry combine that with a foundation of everything you need for local and you have a Hyper Local GMB monster- Dana Brandel
There is a lot of buzz about Google cracking down on rank and rent especially when it comes to GMB listings. I figured since I personally have 100s of them I'd Dive into some results and see if any back lash has come my way........nope.

Local SEO by Dana Brandel
Not only is this business a service business in one city but it is a mobile service at that. Google Maps is just another algorithm and is not that difficult to understand if you think of it more like a localized website and apply the same theories of ranking to your map listing you will notice a ranking increase quickly. My results in a successful SEO program would not be what the are with out the local based covered. If you are working client SEO, you have to have your foundation covered or while you are building up notably will you stack eventually fall but the difficulty in building in the first place will wipe out any profit on the way to getting results.

What is your online presence foundation?
The necessities that drive local search and local buyer decision making. Yes I said it, buyer decision making, The kind that puts cash flow directly into your clients pocket. At the end of the day its the conversion not the numbers that matter to the client. Its the differencze between renewing a contract or getting an upgrade. I know this for two reasons, the first being in the almost 3 years I have had Brandel Branding I have never lost a client. To add even more behind that, with the exception of one client I have managed to upgrade spend every 30 days for every client. They did this without hesitation and this extra revenue sometimes in the thousands per month it what has given my firm the ability to expand the way it has, that and an automated workflow system from a team of truly talented sets from all over the world.
The second reason being the listing shown is my own Rank and Rent Site that started as a lead generation site. I personally answered the phone for the last 60 days and pitched this service just under 5000 times. I have videos on my youtube that you can see the story behind it but I was able to close over 25k in commission alone. This does not count the companies I was selling leads too and what they made off my program. Before the ridicule starts I am going to go ahead and leave this screen shot here of the wave accounting metrics for the month I am referring to. Please do not take this as boasting I am trying to get a clear message across and of course sell that message. Who wouldnt, but I am doing it for a different reason and a different way. That reason being I want to see my competitors succeed for the simple reason I have no competitors. I love marketing and have been in advertising sales and design for almost 15 years now. I have sold everything from the phone book to pixels that literally follow people around the internet. This industry has not only fed my family through thick and thin but clients as well. Yes, there was a point and time when people used the phone book and it actually worked.
The Problem and my Solution:
Through tons of data and experience I know the real problem with the local market is the waters constantly being muddied. We all know that consistent Nap Data is a major ranking factor, yet our clients have gone through and been burnt by so many digital companies building incomplete inconsistent profiles that it is sometimes the only thing actually holding them back. This happens due to companies like the major phone books realizing the industry is dead and jumping in feet first to digital hoping to land without making a splash. You then have tons of misinformed Gurus flooding the market with slightly skewed information until it becomes fact. Why they do this, profits, not wanting Google to catch on, fear of competition, there is a ton of reasons. Honestly if we could just open our eyes for a minute and look at the bigger picture we can easily see this is going to destroy the industry not help it.
